EPR CERTIFICATE IN INDIA

                                          EPR Certificate For E-Waste

Electronic waste” is a popular and informal name for electronic products at the end of its useful life.    “Electronic waste is considered hazardous because some components of some electronic products contain hazardous materials, depending on their condition and density.

Electronics Indi Inc. is an established consultant in EPR authorization registration. We work as a PRO & liaison in this field.
EPR registration in compulsory for all Electronic products Importer in India for channelization the e-waste which generates after expiring of the products life. EPR Registration mandatory to All electronic items Importer, Manufacturer & re-seller. EPR registration applicable products items. e: Computer & computer parts with input and output device, personal computer, laptop, laptop parts -battery, chargers, minicomputer, mainframe, facsimile, telephone, smartphone, feature phone, LED tv & LED parts, air conditioners, and air conditioner parts, washing machine, washing parts.

Many of these products can be reused, reconditioned or recycled in an environmentally sound manner so that they are less damaging to the ecosystem. This document highlights the dangers of electronic waste, the need for proper management and the options that can be implemented.

EPR Certificate is the only way to manage-control the e-waste after expiring of electronic products through systematic.

This is due to the elimination of recycling waste like acids, sludge, and so on in the rivers Now, water is transported from distant cities to meet the demands of the population. The incineration of electronic waste can release toxic fumes and gases, thus polluting the ambient air. Poorly supervised landfills can pose risks to the environment.  Mercury will seep when certain electronic devices, such as circuit breakers, are destroyed. The same applies to polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). When brominated flame retardant or cadmium-containing plastics are deposited in landfills, both are polybrominated over there ethers of dlphényle (PBDE) and cadmium can be filtered into soil and groundwater. Significant amounts of lead ions have been found to dissolve from broken lead glass, such as conical cathode ray glass, mixed with acid waters and are common in landfills.

In industries, the management of electronic waste must begin at the time of generation. This can be done through waste reduction techniques and through the design of sustainable products.

The minimization of waste in the industries implies the adoption:

  •   inventory management
  •   modification of the production process,
  •   reduction of volume,
  •   recovery and reuse

By reducing both the number of hazardous materials used in the process and the amount of raw material in existence, the amount of waste generated can be reduced.     This can be done in two ways: by establishing procedures to review and control equipment purchases and an inventory tracking system.

Developing review procedures for all purchased equipment is the first step in establishing an inventory management program. Procedures must require all materials to be approved prior to purchase. In the approval process, all production materials are evaluated to determine if they contain hazardous constituents and whether other non-hazardous materials are available.

Another inventory management procedure for waste reduction is to ensure that only the required amount of material is requested. This will require the establishment of a strict inventory tracking system. Purchase procedures must be in place to ensure that items are ordered as needed and only the amount required for a given period is ordered.
